Entrance hall with six steps down to sitting/dining room and two steps down to kitchen. Bathroom with shower over bath off entrance hall, three steps up to utility room, double bedroom with en suite shower room, twin bedroom.

Outside

Although there is no private garden, guests have access to most parts of the priory gardens and grounds ‘out of hours’. There is parking for two cars.
