How Your Gifts Have Helped

Restored Summer Painting English Heritage relies on the generosity of its supporters to help fulfil its mission.

All donations and Legacies are put into the English Heritage Development Fund.

The Development Fund was set up in 1996 to provide resources for when urgent needs arise, for example:

•  to carry out emergency work on a property
•  to return paintings and furniture to their original settings
•  to provide more opportunities for education and community projects

The Development Fund is enabling us to complete many valuable projects in 2006-2007 in a number of areas of our work, for example:

• Restoration
• Works of Art
• Furnishings
• Exhibitions, Education and Outreach
