Publication Scheme
Compliance with the Freedom of Information Act is overseen by the Information Comissioner's Office which has recently updated the information that they recommend organisations covered by the Act should make available. EH has adopted the model Publication Scheme issued by the Information Commissioner in 2008.

Charges
In general, English Heritage does not charge for the information included within its Publication Scheme and any charges are stated.
If you request information that is not available under the Scheme, we will not charge to process your request or to complete a review of our refusal to supply any information that you have requested under the FOI Act.
Where the information is already available in a priced publication we will give you details of the publication and where to get it. A full catalogue of our Publications is available online at www.english-heritage.org.uk/bookshop
Charges may apply to information obtained through the National Monuments Record - and our Customer Services Department Customer Services Department.
