Toilets: Adapted unisex WC in reception centre. Shop: Level access. Refreshments: Small lip to seating area. Garden with tables and chairs. Picnics welcome in grounds.
Access:
Parking: Access to house: Four wheelchairs available. Ground floor accessible to wheelchairs via ramp. NB Queen Victoria's private apartments are not accessible to wheelchair users.
Gardens: Accessible on tarmac and impacted gravel paths. The Walled Garden is heavily gravelled and may be difficult for wheelchairs. Facilities available to take wheelchair users to Swiss Cottage. Seats provided.
Parking:
50m from reception centre, then a further 230m to house entrance. Disabled visitors may be set down at house entrance (not coaches).
Visually Impaired Visitors:
Flower garden and blossom.

What facilities are available for groups?

Group Discount:
We offer a 15% discount for groups of 11 or more paying visitors, if one person makes payment for the group. You also receive one free place for every additional 20 people in your group. Coach driver and tour leader and English Heritage members are free.
Coach Parking Facilities:
Free parking for approximately 20 coaches, 350 metres from the house entrance

The Historic Gardens of Osborne Tour: £3.00 per person.
At Home at Osborne Tour: £5.00 per person plus admission. Available after 2pm only. £300.00 per group plus admission if run out of hours.
Spring Bedding at Osborne: £3.00 per person.
Spring Blossoms at Osborne: £3.00 per person.
Wild Flowers & Swiss Cottage Magic Tour: £3.00 per person.
The Walled Garden in Bloom: £3.00 per person.

Winter Tours: During the winter months (1 Nov - 1 April), the house can by visited by guided tour only. Pre-booking is required. Wed-Sun, 10am-4pm (last tour 2.30pm). Standard admission price applies. From 8 Nov - 4 January the house is Christmas-themed - see below for information.
A Victorian Christmas Tours: 8 Nov - 4 Jan. Enjoy special festive tours and discover how Queen Victoria celebrated Christmas with her family. Pre-booking required.
Glittering Christmas Packages: include a Christmas-themed guided tour, two course traditional lunch served in the stunning waiter-service Terrace Restaurant. £26 per person for groups of 20+. Available 12 Nov - 4 Jan. Pre-booking essential.
