An intact Tudor castle built by Henry VIII with stunning views over the Fal Estuary. The castle also has 19th century defences, a World War I guard house and World War II secret tunnels and big guns. Pendennis Castle is Cornwall’s greatest coastal fortress.

A pretty medieval castle ruin set in beautiful scenery, Restormel is one of the best picnic spots in Cornwall and is a fantastic place for children to explore.
